This has been with us since day one, a blend that was approved by Antonio himself. A true heritage line, still served everyday at Carluccio’s.

Tartufi Neri - Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Truffles, 300g
We have worked with this supplier for over 25 years. These delicious hazelnut and dark chocolate truffles have been in our range of confections since the early inception of the Neal St deli in Covent Garden next to Antonio’s famed restaurant.
  
Gianduiotti Fondenti - Dark Hazelnut Chocolates, 150g
The true “original” Gianduiotti of Torino and classically Italian. Gianduiotti were created for the first time in Turin in 1852. Ours are made in a traditional way by grinding only the finest quality Tonda Gentile della Langhe, Piemonte hazelnuts IGP, into a paste and combining them with chocolate. The mixture is then piped through a triangular shaped nozzle to form their characteristic shape.

Ragù Di Cinghiale - Wild Boar Ragu, 210g
Carluccio’s has always had a Ragù di Cinghiale on its shelves.  Though there have been changes of producers down the years, enthusiasm for the product has never waned. We think this is the best version to date, packed with wild boar meat, a truly authentic and delicious sauce from Tuscany, a Carluccio’s classic.

L'oro di Calabria, Carluccio's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml    
One of our newer additions, and an oil we are extremely proud of and that is served in our restaurants.  Made from Carolea olives grown on centenary trees in Calabria that are handpicked and cold pressed within hours of harvest. An intense, green and fruity oil with typical Mediterranean aromas. Notes of tomato and fresh grass stand out, sensations of black pepper characterise the flavour of this unique oil.

Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, 250ml
Ever popular, a thick balsamic vinegar that is an outstanding product best spared for special recipes, cheese boards or even fruit. Matured in oak barrels, and aged through a minimum of fifteen-barrel passages, it forms a dense, thick, syrupy and silky like texture. Truly exceptional.

Amaretti Tradizionali, 250g
A true Carluccio’s icon, with a handmade recipe that remains unchanged. The iconic red packaging hasn’t changed much either from the original design formulated by the artistic direction of Priscilla Carluccio, sister of Sir Terrence Conran. Produced in a small bakery in Mombaruzzo, near Alba in Piemonte. These are the very same Amaretti, from the same bakery that Antonio used to eat at village fairs as a child.
