The value on e-gift cards can be used as full or part payment at any of our participating restaurants in the United Kingdom and also on the Carluccio’s online shop. They cannot be redeemed in our ROI restaurants.
Physical Gift Cards (UK): The value on gift cards purchased in the UK in £ GBP can be used as full or part payment at any of our participating restaurants in the United Kingdom and also on the Carluccio’s online. shop. They cannot be redeemed in our ROI restaurants.
Gift cards purchased in pounds sterling cannot be redeemed in ROI restaurants.
Gift cards purchased in € Euros can only be redeemed in our ROI restaurants, they cannot be redeemed in United Kingdom restaurants or on the Carluccio's online shop.
Gift cards (electronic gift cards and physical) cannot be used in UK Marriott or International Carluccio’s. Gift cards cannot be used in any Restaurant Hubs in Sainsbury’s sites. These are not participating restaurants.
Gift cards (or the gift card balance) cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be purchased for resale. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for other gift cards. A gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit, or charge card.
Gift cards can be redeemed across multiple visits until the balance is redeemed up until the expiry date.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed against delivery, click & collect or order at table.
No change will be given for any unused portion of a gift card but the unused balance may be used against further purchases in store or online. Gift card balances can be checked on the balance checker.
Gift cards purchased in the UK are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards purchased in Ireland are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date (any remaining balance will be removed, and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use). We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
Carluccio’s reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card if we reasonably suspect it to have been tampered with, duplicated or otherwise subject to fraud. Damaged, altered or cancelled gift cards will not be accepted.
Carluccio’s cannot accept responsibility if your gift card is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission. We are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a lost gift card.
Carluccio’s reserves the right to amend these gift card terms and conditions if it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions, and we therefore recommend that you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made.
