Paired perfectly with Bottega Prosecco DOC a brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso.

In the 1930's, a bakery in Milan wanted to offer Panettone at another time of the year. They baked it in a dove shaped mould and it was an immediate success and Colomba, dove in Italian, was born and is now the most popular Easter cake in Italy.
Baked by our producers of Panettone Tradizionale in Piemonte, these are buttery cakes, proved twice for several hours so the flavours blend and develop, making them soft and fluffy, just like our Panettone.
Once baked, they are hung upside down to cool and wrapped by hand with a colourful ribbon.
